Claim it
The games all have to occur within 48 hours of the first win. To claim the Great Pyramid prize, send an email to support@rummyroyal.com with the date of the Golden Peaks Table win. The money will be put in your account within two business days.
Example:
Scenario A: Jack played in the Golden Peaks Challenge. Jack won all 5 games in the following order: $20 Peak, $10 Peak, $30 Peak, $40 Peak and $50 Peak. Since his wins where consecutive regardless of their order, he is eligible for the reward.
Scenario B: Ben played in the Golden Peaks Challenge. Ben won 4 games and lost on his 5th game. Ben’s winning streak was erased and he is not eligible for the prize.
- This offer is valid only during this month.
- Remember: If a player loses a game before he or she claims the bonus, their streak will be reset. The time a player made his or her claim will also be reviewed before the bonus is awarded.
- All 5 levels of the mountain have to be cleared completely in order to be eligible for the prize.
- Losing a game in a certain level will reset a player’s winning streak.
- The games all have to occur within 48 hours of the first win.
- Prizes will be awarded until reaching a total of $600. From that point no more Golden Peaks prizes will be awarded for the remainder of the promotion time, and Golden Peaks tables will not be available in the lobby.
- The prize will not be awarded if two or more players collude in order to obtain a number of wins in a row. The games required for claiming the bonus will be checked for fraudulent play. Fraudulent play includes “soft play” (not playing to win), prop/multiple accounts, and any forbidden activity under article 3 of the general terms of use.
- Players sharing an I.P. address, a physical address or other information as such are not allowed to play together in this promotion, and their games together will not be valid for claiming a Master Bonus.
- If two or more players claim an unclaimed prizes at the same time, and only one $300 prize is available, the bonus will be awarded to the player who claimed it first according to the Email date & time.
- If a game ended prematurely as a result of a technical issue, the game will be settled according to our game cancellation policy and will not count as either a win or a loss for the purpose of this promotion.
- Players that do not comply with RummyRoyal's Chat Etiquette will be removed from the tournaments immediately, and any winnings will be null and void.

- Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without any prior notice.
