How do I open an account at Rummy Royal?
Opening an account at Rummy Royal, is free, easy and quick. To become a member, download our software (for help, read download and installation) and follow the instructions. Upon opening the Rummy Royal software for the first time, you will be prompted with a registration window, in which you will be requested enter your username, password and e-mail and screen name. Once you are done, click "Submit" and your new account registration will be completed.

How can I get more practice money?
In case you run out of practice money simply send our service center an email asking
for more and we will gladly credit your practice balance with more practice funds.
Can I just Watch Games without Playing?
Of course. In fact, you do not even have to register an account in order to watch Rummy games and tournaments. All you need to do is download the Rummy Royal software, enter the lobby and click on the table you would like to view. It's as easy as that!
Can I play for free?

At Rummy Royal you can choose between practice play and real money play at any time. To play in practice mode, download the Rummy Royal software and create your own account. At the lobby, choose the "Practice Mode" tab either under the ring game tables or tournament. A list of practice tables will show up. Choose one you would like to join by clicking twice on the relevant line. Playing in practice tables and real money tables is absolutely identical. How can I play for real money?
To play online multiplayer Rummy at Rummy Royal, you need to register an account. After opening your account at Rummy Royal, enter the Cashier and make your initial deposit. Once the transaction is done, your balance will be credited with the funds instantly. You may then go to the Real Money tables lobby and choose the table you wish to join. For more information regarding the play, please review our Basic Rules page.
I can't login. What do I do?
In case you are experiencing difficulties logging in, make sure you enter the correct login information. Avoid spare spaces and ensure you are using capital letters if and where needed. In case you forgot your username or password, please read the following passage.
I forgot my username and\or password, how do I retrieve it?
In case you forgot your username or password, click on the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the login window and your login information will be sent to you. In case you followed all of the above and still encounter further difficulties, please contact our support center.
How can I change my personal information?
Inside the Cashier, choose "My Details" on the menu located at the left hand side of the screen. Click on the "Change Details" link located at the bottom of the screen. Perform the relevant changes, enter your password and click "Update".
How can I change my password?
Inside the Cashier, choose "My Details" on the menu located at the left hand side of the screen. Click on the "Change password" link located at the bottom of the screen. Enter you current password, your new password and confirm the latter. Click on the "Update" button located at the bottom of the screen.
My internet connection was disconnected during a game, what do I do?
Internet connections may sometimes be interrupted or disconnected. We are aware of this problem at RummyRoyal and have implemented a special feature in our software to help maintain the game's continues play, and allow disconnected players to return and continue playing.
In case a player's connection is terminated, and the communication between his client and server has been interrupted, the server will continue in an "Auto-Play" mode, until the player returns or the round is over. The "Auto-Play" mode will basically draw cards from the stock pile and discard the same card automatically. This will repeat itself until you return or until the round is over. To regain control of your actions once you come back, click the "I'm Back" button. Therefore, in case you have been disconnected, you may return to the same table (whether it's a ring game or tournament), and continue to play for the same pot.
What is Auto-Play?
Auto-Play is a function that helps to maintain the ring games and tournaments' continues play in case a player has been disconnected or inactive for more than 2 turns. In these cases, the Auto-Play function will draw cards from stock pile and discard them automatically. The Auto-Play function remains active until the player returns to the table and clicks the "I'm Back" button, or until round is over. If a player has been disconnected or inactive for 2 turns during a tournament (that contains multiple rounds) the Auto-Play mode will remain until tournament is over or until player returns.
I'm an AOL user and I have trouble running the RummyRoyal application what can I do?
We advise all players to install the latest Flash Player version available prior to running the RummyRoyal application.
In case you are still experiencing difficulties running the RummyRoyal application and you are an AOL user please follow the steps below:
1. Open the AOL Safety and Security Center.
2. Click on the Firewall tab on the left.
3. Open Program Permissions.
4. Go to RUMMYROYAL.EXE and switch from "Block" to "Allow".
5. Go to updater.exe ad switch from "Block" to "Allow".

How do I make a deposit?
Deposit via Moneybookers
Step 1: Run the RummyRoyal software.
Step 2: Log in to your RummyRoyal account.
Step 3: Once inside the lobby, click on the Cashier icon located on the top right hand side of the screen.
Step 4: Inside the cashier click on the "Deposit" button located on the menu to the left.
Step 5: At the "Moneybookers" section click on the "Deposit Now" Button.
Step 6: Fill in the required details and click "Submit".
Step 7: You will then be transferred to the Moneybookers site. Log in your Moneybookers account by entering your email and password and click "Login".
Step 8: Follow the instructions and click on the relevant button to return to RummyRoyal.
Step 9: You will now be referred back to the RummyRoyal Cashier. Visit the lobby and start playing!
How can I get my winnings?
Wire Transfer
PLEASE NOTE: we require a complete documentation before processing withdrawals via this
method for the first time. This procedure is done only once, prior to processing your first
withdrawal via this method.
To withdraw money from your RummyRoyal account via Wire Transfer, follow the steps bellow:
Step 1: Inside the Cashier, click on the "Withdraw" button on the menu to the left.
Step 2: Select the Wire Transfer withdrawal option.
Step 3: Enter the required details and click "Submit".
Be sure to enter a valid email address so we can contact you regarding your winnings if necessary.
Upon placing your withdrawal, you will be sent a notification e-mail informing you that your transaction has been approved. Your withdrawal will be suspended for 3 business days from the moment you placed it. During this time you can reverse your withdrawal by visiting the "Reverse Withdrawal" section.
Documentation
In order to assure your identity and facilitate the processing of your first withdrawal at
Rummy Royal to the right bank account, we require you send us a standard documentation.
To view the documentation details required, click on the "Documentation" link located at
the Wire Transfer Withdrawal page. As soon as we receive your complete documentation, your
withdrawal will be fully processed within 10 business days.
Please note: This procedure is done only once, prior to processing your first withdrawal
via this method.
Cheque
To withdraw money from your Rummy Royal account via cheque, follow the steps bellow:

In case you made your deposit using a credit card, to assure your identity and facilitate the processing of your first withdrawal at RummyRoyal to the right delivery address, we require you send us a standard documentation. What is a single table Rummy tournament?
A single table Rummy tournament is a tournament that takes place among players seated next to a single table.
There are 2 types of single table tournaments:
Elimination - The tournament includes a single Rummy table (Gin, Kalooki (Kaluki) or Rummy). Each table is occupied by up to 4 players. A certain amount of accumulated penalty points is predetermined. Players who accumulate this amount of penalty points are eliminated from the tournament. After the last round is over, the last player to stay in a 2 player tournament takes the whole pot. In a 3-4 player tournament the last two players split the pool prize: 1st place takes 85% and the 2nd place takes the remaining 15% of the pool prize funds.
